Alison has been managing programs for people with disabilities for 25 years. She has earned a respected reputation among other service providers, government leaders, and advocates. She has been a board member of APSE (Association for People Supporting Employment First). Additionally, in 2022, she was recruited as an expert witness by the Minnesota Disability Law Center in a lawsuit against the State of Minnesota. She is known as a strong networker–having connections within business associations and disability services in the Twin Cities. She approaches business with an empowerment mindset and nurtures relationships with empathy.

Beginning as a Behavior Analyst in the state hospital system, he transitioned to a Program Supervisor at a medium-sized institution, followed by service with Ramsey County as a Social Work Supervisor. John was then recruited to be the Executive Director at Meriwether Ventures, a CCP organization, for 15 years before moving to Dependable as a Vice President. His kind approach is appreciated as he works with individuals to live their best life.

Entering the field as a DSP with CCP in 2006, John was promoted to a program manager position shortly after. He transitioned in 2013 to Dependable as a Designated Coordinator. He transferred to the finance department in 2017 for three years. He has become an expert in revenue cycle management and is widely regarded as an authority in procuring rate exceptions for complex individuals. He became the Innovative Lead and Project Manager in 2020 and has managed vendor relations and interfacing between finance and program. John harnesses support systems, transforming barriers into possibilities!
